Care process
A little regular care is enough.
Handmade pieces age well when dust, spills and direct heat are handled gently. Keep the care card supplied with your product; material-specific instructions take priority.
Tufted rugs and mats
- Vacuum gently without a rotating beater bar.
- Blot spills immediately; do not scrub the pile.
- Use cold water and mild soap only after testing a hidden area.
- Rotate every three to six months for even wear.
- Have deep cleaning done by a rug-care professional.
Loose fibre and light shedding can occur at first. Trim a lifted yarn carefully—never pull it.
Cushions and textile covers
- Remove the inner before cleaning a removable cover.
- Spot-clean the tufted face; avoid soaking the backing.
- Dry flat in shade and reshape while damp.
- Fluff and rotate cushions regularly.
- Follow the sewn-in label if it differs from this guide.
Mirrors and wall pieces
- Dust with a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
- Spray glass cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror.
- Keep fibre, clay and resin details away from sustained moisture.
- Use the recommended wall fixing for the piece and wall type.
