Materials and Care
Tufted rugs and textiles
- Vacuum gently without a beater bar.
- Blot spills; do not rub them into the pile.
- Spot-clean cold with mild soap and test an unseen area first.
- Rotate floor pieces periodically for even wear.
- Some initial wool shedding is normal.
Mirrors and decorative pieces
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth.
- Keep fibre, resin and clay work away from sustained moisture and direct heat.
- Use the supplied or recommended mounting method for wall pieces.
